How ImpactTune manufacturer licensing works

A plain-language overview of manufacturer enrollment, verified product data, paid platform services, evaluation work, Brand Fit Finder access, and the optional ImpactTuned Core technology license.

Informational only · No online agreement, technology license, or royalty obligation is created by this page.

This overview is not a contract or legal advice.

ImpactTune LLC is intended to be the contracting licensor. Before a Core License is executed, counsel should confirm that the LLC owns the applicable rights or holds an exclusive written license with sufficient sublicensing authority, and should complete the final assignments, patent schedule, inventorship review, insurance, privacy, tax, and dispute terms.

Modular structure

One master agreement. Separate Order Forms for the programs a manufacturer actually buys.

1

Free Listing and data permission

Claim a brand, submit product data, choose what is public or internal, and authorize manufacturer-verified display. Nothing is automatically published.

2

Paid platform services

Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise, analytics, Community, and the Brand Paddle Selector activate only through a separate paid Order Form.

3

Evaluation program

Payment buys testing and analysis—not a favorable result. Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum status must be earned under the applicable standard.

4

ImpactTuned Core license

A separate product schedule identifies the exact licensed model, construction, factory, territory, development work, quality requirements, and per-unit royalty.

Company IP authority during the transition

Until final assignments are completed, ImpactTune LLC may contract only for technology it owns or exclusively controls through a written, worldwide, sublicensable license from the current owner. Later assignment to the LLC should not interrupt manufacturer rights already granted under a valid Core License Order Form.

Core royalty proposal

Fixed fee per licensed paddle

The technology fee is not based on MSRP, Net Sales, discount codes, wholesale price, retailer margin, sponsorship expense, or advertising. A licensed core in a $110 paddle and a $330 paddle pays the same fee.

Standard manufacturer$7.50per royalty-bearing paddle
CRUSH founding core partner$5.00only while an active licensed core is sold
Key protections
Exact product schedule

The license is tied to a specific SKU, thickness, shape, core, layup, frame, process, and factory.

Quality and change control

Material changes require notice and may require new samples, testing, or a revised schedule.

Quarterly reporting

SKU-level unit reports, payment, records retention, returns, replacements, samples, and audit rights.

Status is not certification

Current labels are ImpactTune Program Status labels. Independent certification requires a separate future program.

Brand-only selector

Only the manufacturer’s products appear, with Powered by ImpactTune attribution and a separate neutral global recommender.

Community fit

Small brands may receive a Brand Hub; dedicated communities depend on plan, audience, activity, and moderation readiness.

Controlled enrollment

Review first. Approved documents and signatures later.

The public form records an authorized review request and explicit data permissions only. It does not accept a master agreement. Approved platform terms and any paid services are presented separately; every technology license uses a counsel-approved agreement and a counterparty-specific Order Form.
