Bookable spaces set the plan. Retained payment sets the $1 fee.
Starter charges $1 for each retained paid player spot. The 12- and 24-space plans charge $1 only when ImpactTune discovery or matching sourced the paid spot. Club Unlimited has no ImpactTune platform or booking fee.
Starter break-even
At 149 club-sourced paid spots per month, Club Operations costs the same and removes the $1 fee from those bookings.
Cancelled and fully refunded
The ImpactTune $1 fee is reversed.
Late cancellation or no-show
If the club retains payment, the applicable $1 fee remains.
Partial refund
The ImpactTune fee never exceeds the amount the club retains.
Add ImpactTune without forcing a payment-system replacement.
A player may continue paying the club through Clover or another external system. The club remains the merchant of record and handles its player refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and payment disputes. ImpactTune bills the club separately through Stripe for its plan, add-ons, and applicable platform fees.

ImpactTune does not cap members, employees, coaches, reservations, clinics, or programs. Bookable-space tiers count facility offerings that require appointments—including courts, simulator bays, and reservation-only ranges—while every tier includes the same core workspace and club intelligence. Walk-in offerings do not consume a bookable-space allowance, whether they are paid or complimentary.
