Coach Program Agreement
This program summary records the operating terms coaches acknowledge when joining ImpactTune. Payment processing, privacy, content, cancellation, and general platform terms also apply.
Public ImpactTune matching requires verification
- Verified Coach Launch is $19.99 one time and includes identity verification, background screening, 60 days of Coach Plus, and no ImpactTune fee on the coach's first completed ImpactTune-sourced booking.
- The launch package is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. At the end of the included Plus period, the coach returns to Coach Free unless the coach separately chooses a paid plan.
- An adult coach working only with adult players personally invited by that coach may use eligible private coach tools without appearing in public ImpactTune search.
- A coach must complete the required identity and background screening before appearing in public coach discovery or accepting players introduced by ImpactTune.
- Coaching minors or participating in a youth program may require additional legally applicable screening, renewals, training, or program-specific approval.
- ImpactTune may pause or remove public eligibility when verification expires, a screening requires review, required information is inaccurate, or safety concerns remain unresolved. Any legally required notice, authorization, pre-adverse-action, dispute, and adverse-action process still applies.
Your players and ImpactTune players are treated differently
- Your player: you invited the player through your coach link. ImpactTune charges no booking fee or commission on that player’s booking under any coach plan.
- ImpactTune player: ImpactTune introduced or matched the player to you. The completed-booking fee is $10 on Coach Free, $5 on Coach Plus, and $0 on Coach Elite.
- For each appointment type, the coach chooses either one player price (the ImpactTune fee is deducted from the coach payout) or a protected coach amount (the fee is added only to an ImpactTune-sourced player's checkout).
- Stripe or another enabled payment processor may charge processing, refund, dispute, or payout fees separately.
- A player must consent before private progress is shared. The player may suspend or terminate access.
- An active coach-player relationship expires after one year without a completed lesson, clinic, ladder, or tournament. A newly completed activity renews the relationship for another year.
Current Coach Free, Plus, and Elite rules
- Coach Free: unlimited connected players, two bookable appointment types with separate durations and group pricing, ImpactTune-player reminders and learning tools, and unlimited moderated public YouTube submissions.
- Coach Plus: reminders, customized plans, assignments, bulk learning and analytics for players you bring; unlimited appointment types; clinics; ladders; and location-aware or online video promotion.
- Coach Elite: every Plus feature, tournaments, multi-day programs, tournament analytics, priority placement among eligible relevant coaches, and no ImpactTune booking fee.
- Launch pricing: after the free trial, Coach Plus is $9.99 per month for the first six paid months and $19.99 afterward; Coach Elite is $24.99 per month for the first six paid months and $49.99 afterward.
- Paid subscriptions continue until cancelled. Current price, trial, promotion, renewal, and cancellation details are shown before checkout.
Public teaching and your connected-player channel
- Private structured learning for the coach’s eligible players does not require public-content approval.
- A no-promotion video may be submitted for public ImpactLearn. A video containing a promotion, affiliate link, savings code, or referral offer is visible only to players connected through the coach, after moderation.
- The coach must identify the merchant and provide a clear disclosure. The brand or affiliate network—not ImpactTune—pays any commission, and the coach remains responsible for that contract, taxes, and endorsement compliance.
- A coach may share a public, embeddable YouTube link belonging to the coach or another creator. The original creator and channel attribution remain visible.
- A coach may not download, copy, or upload another person’s video file, include prohibited off-platform solicitation, or misrepresent ownership or permission.
- Coach Free uses public, embeddable YouTube links only; ImpactTune does not host the video file. Future hosted-video access may require a paid plan and separate storage terms.
- Paid placement never guarantees recommendation and does not override materially better or more relevant instruction.
