The key difference is who brought the player. ImpactTune-player tools are included on Free; Plus runs a coach’s private business, clinics and ladders; Elite adds tournaments and removes ImpactTune booking fees.

Connect unlimited players on every plan. Upgrade when you want tools to operate clinics, ladders, and tournaments.
▥
Track real progress
Plus and Elite organize plans, reminders, assignments, learning progress, and program demand in one workspace.
$
Simple, transparent fees
Your own players have no ImpactTune fee. Elite also removes the fee when ImpactTune finds the player.
1 · Your players
You invited them and they joined
Connect with an unlimited number of your own players.
ImpactTune charges no booking fee or commission when your player books you. Stripe processing remains separate if Stripe collects payment.
Coach Free includes two appointment types—for example, a 50-minute and an 80-minute lesson. Each can have its own price for one to four players.
Coach Plus and Elite add reminders, customized Coaching Plans, assignments, video progress, bulk learning, and analytics for players you bring.
The coaching relationship expires after one year without a completed lesson, clinic, ladder, or tournament. A newly completed activity renews it for another year.
2 · ImpactTune players
We find them and they book you
Verified Coach Launch and Stripe onboarding are required before your public profile can accept ImpactTune bookings.
Every plan includes reminders, Coaching Plans, assignments, and learning follow-up for these players.
Coach Free: $10 flat per completed booking. Coach Plus: $5 flat. Coach Elite: no ImpactTune booking fee.
Plus adds player-engagement, learning, booking, clinic, and ladder analytics. Elite adds tournament and cross-program analytics plus priority placement among eligible, relevant coaches.
3 · Programs
Monthly coaching, clinics, ladders, and tournaments
Every plan: offer monthly online coaching. Paid accounts must be at least $19.99 per month; complimentary access is granted separately.
Coach Plus: clinics plus recurring ladders with weekly attendance confirmation, coach-adjusted placement ratings, automatic court groups and match schedules, player score entry, independent confirmation, and live standings.
Coach Elite: everything in Plus, a DUPR-ready ladder results CSV for review and submission, tournaments, multi-day scheduling, priority placement, and no ImpactTune booking fees.
Program completion renews an active coach-player relationship for one year.
How coach video works
Public instruction and a protected channel for players you bring
Coach Free uses public, embeddable YouTube links; ImpactTune does not host the files. No-promotion instruction may be approved for public ImpactLearn. A video with a disclosed affiliate offer or savings code is shown only to players connected through you.
Coach Free
Unlimited moderated YouTube links
Public video requires no promotion. Promotional video requires the merchant and clear disclosure and is source-gated to your connected players. Brand commissions are paid directly to you, not by ImpactTune.
Coach Plus
Public promotion + paid-only hosting access
In person: approved videos are featured near your verified teaching locations. Online: approved videos can feature you more broadly. Both: receive both treatments. Private coach-hosted video is reserved for paid accounts when launched.
Coach Elite
Everything in Plus
The same public video promotion and future paid-only hosting access, plus tournaments and no ImpactTune booking fee.
A coach-player connection lasts one year and renews after qualifying activity or player reconfirmation. Paid placement is a modest discovery boost, not a quality override.

Fee comparison
ImpactTune compared with other coaching-community platforms
The biggest difference: ImpactTune does not take a platform fee when you bring the player. When ImpactTune finds the player, our fee is a flat amount—not a percentage of everything you earn.
